Summary:
Our Certified Medication Aide is an employee certified to administer medications, in accordance with state and federal laws, under the supervision of licensed staff to residents within Americare Assisted Living Communities.
Provides personal care including ADL's, housekeeping, assist with meals and other tasks needed to assure quality of life in a home like environment while offering additional support to family and visitors.
Maintains professional behavior while functioning as an interdisciplinary team member meeting state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications/ Education/Experience/Skills:
Education:
High school graduate or minimum age of 18 year of ageLicenses/Certifications:
Completion of a Certified Medication Aide/Med Level One course and obtain certification in the state of MO Training at the Community to obtain Med Level One course certification Must be kept active and in good standing Recommended Skills Assisted Living Housekeeping Well Being And Personal Care Medications Federal Laws Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
